Iris Lopez knows firsthand how tough it can be as a woman in the TV news industry. And as a single mom, she wants to push people to strive for their dreams. The TV meteorologist from El Paso, Texas, started the 'Mija, yes you can' movement - inspired by what her own mother would remind her as a child. 'I had these wild dreams, ambitions,' explains Lopez.
