Coming up on This Old House Two brand new projects begin in Charleston, South Carolina. Kevin, Richard, and Tommy tour the historic city in a horse-drawn carriage. Kevin meets the homeowners of the 1840's Single House. Scott and Kathleen have lived in the suburbs for over 20 years and decided to move closer into the city because of its attractiveness and walkability.
