The U.S. Campaign To Bomb Wildlife With Cyanide
In 2018, over 2.6 million animals in the U.S. were killed by Wildlife Services. One particular method of killing involves bombing certain animals with cyanide using a device called an M-44. The device, which is planted on public and private land, has killed pet dogs and harmed humans. Some states have banned the use of this weapon, but it still remains authorized in others.
