Small Business Week Celebrates Women and Minority-Owned Businesses

As Small Business Week kicks off, many women and minority-owned businesses are still struggling to recover from the pandemic. Charisse Conanan Johnson, a Managing Partner at Next Street, speaks about what women entrepreneurs, including women of color, have had to face before and during the pandemic. She believes big corporations, as well as everyday consumers, have a responsibility to support small businesses that are systemically at a disadvantage in today's world.
