Travel Boom Over Summer Slows as U.S. Lifts Travel Restrictions for Fall
After a summer travel boom, numbers are falling as it looks as if fears over the delta variant keep people at home. However, the Biden administration is lifting restrictions for vaccinated visitors to the U.S. starting in November. Steve Shur, president of the Travel Technology Association, joined Cheddar to give a fall travel forecast. "We hope to see a boom of international visitors over the holidays and into the next year," Shur said.
