Kishida's Offering to Japan War Shrine Angers China, S. Korea

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida made an offering to a controversial war shrine only weeks after becoming leader of the government. Jon Herskovitz reports on "Bloomberg Markets: Asia." (Source: Bloomberg)
